Case details

Constructed wetland is an artificial ecosystem that treats sewage by simulating natural wetland system。The system is mainly composed of substrate, aquatic plants and microorganisms, and the sewage is filtered, adsorbed, precipitated, ion exchange, plant absorption and microbial decomposition to achieve the removal and decomposition of pollutants。Constructed wetland has the advantages of low investment, low operation, easy management and good landscape compatibility, and has been widely used in domestic sewage treatment, lake and river treatment, wastewater treatment and other fields。Nitrogen removal in constructed wetlands mainly includes plant uptake, substrate adsorption and nitrification/denitrification by microorganisms。The latter two have relatively obvious effects, but sufficient oxygen supply is a necessary condition for microorganisms to carry out nitrification. However, oxygen in constructed wetlands mainly relies on plant transport and atmospheric reoxygenation, which cannot meet the needs of microorganisms in actual operation。In addition, the low carbon nitrogen ratio in domestic sewage is common, which easily leads to the shortage of electron donors required for denitrification process, affecting the total nitrogen standard of effluent。Phosphorus removal in constructed wetlands mainly includes plant absorption and filler retention, but plants will wither or even die during the operation of constructed wetlands in winter。Therefore, it is an urgent problem to enhance the effect of nitrogen and phosphorus removal in constructed wetlands。
Aiming at the above problems,My company on the basis of deep treatment technology research,Materials rich in aluminum, iron, calcium, silicon and other elements with strong N and P adsorption capacity are used,An efficient nitrogen and phosphorus removal filler for constructed wetland was developed,The filler has a loose pore structure,Large specific surface area,Then combined with the corresponding constructed wetland structure,The total phosphorus removal rate can reach more than 90%,Meet the surface water Class IV standard。
